المرافئ
العقبة هي المعبر المائي الوحيد للأردن حيث يطل على البحر الأحمرو يشكل هذا المرفأ الشريان الحيوي لإستقبال السفن على اختلاف انواعها وقد جرى تنظيمه بشكل عصري يحيث يتوفر في هذا الميناء محطة للركاب واخرى لإستقبال البضائع ويمتاز الميناء بقدرته على استيعاب اكثر من (23) سفينة بأنواع واحجام مختلفة علاوه على (8) سفن راسية.
أما خطوط الشحن الرئيسية التي تستخدم مرفأ العقبة، فهي Maersk- Sealand وPIL, M,SC, Evergreen وP&O Nedloyd وHUAL وCOSCO وUASC وSETH وNYK وAPL وCMA وGearbulk و Messina وWan وHai Line وWallinus.
في حين تتضمن وكالات الشحن التي تتعامل مع سفن الرحلات البحرية ما يلي: أمين قعوار وأولاده، وAB Maritime وغرغور.
